PLEASE HELP ME IT IS URGENT

hello friend

my name is raghu from in

i have website www.inunderground.com

i instaled forum on it

i didnot launched that website till now

for that problems

i installed 2 forums

ipb and vbullatin

ipb in /forums/ directory

and v bullatin in

/forum/

when i loged in to my admin account in ipb

it will login properly but when i going to make changes it is showing a messege that



I DIDNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IT SAYING

PLEASE GIVE ME SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEMS

Well, if I had to guess, there could be a few solutions. First, look in your server file manager and make sure that there actually is an "admin.php" in the "/forums/" directory. If there is, check what the permissions are set at for the "/forums/" directory (CHMOD to 777 if necessary).

I THINKED I MADE ANY MISTAKE IN THE TIME OF TRANSFER OF FILES OR IN THE TIME OF INSTALATION

SO I INSTALED BOTH IPB AND VB ONCE MORE WITH DIFFRENT DIRECTORY

I CHANGED ALL FILES IN MY SERVER TO "0777"

NOW I TRIED TO PUT ADVERTISEMENT LINK IN FOOTER AND HEADER

BUT IT SHOWING SAME ERROR

FORBIDDEN YOU CAN CHANGE FROM THIS SERVER



PLEASE HELP ME OUT FROM THIS

well whatever you trying to change or edit from web should be chmod to 777 try chmod all the files in the admin directory to 777
